I called multiple offices trying to find someone who could do an emergency root canal. I was even seen earlier in the morning by another provider who couldn’t do anything for me other than refer me to Endo, all while I was still in excruciating pain. Then I saw Dr. Collins this afternoon, and he literally refused to let me leave feeling the way I did. During the holiday season, at the end of the year, when schedules are packed and most offices are rushing or turning patients away, he and his entire team went above and beyond for me. From the moment you walk in the door, the office staff is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Everyone was more than willing to help, and you could truly feel that patient care was their top priority. I cannot stress enough how AMAZING the care I received was. In the middle of a stressful, painful situation, they made me feel heard, supported, and taken care of.
